At Conquer CrossFit, athletes shun traditional big-box gyms for intimate, intense workouts that can be tailored to all fitness levels. A staff of four swole instructors scale each day’s workouts to the fitness level of the individual, creating an environment where grandparents can sweat right alongside cage fighters. Classes implement a mixed bag of body-weight exercise, kettlebell swings, and free-weight lifts as well as box jumps, gymnast’s rings, and medicine balls.
