Q:

How much extra would it be to upgrade to a photography tour for two adults?

Jake B.  asked on  Sep 28, 2012

A:

The photography tour is $125/hour (this is not per person, but per group), so if both adults had Groupons, the additional charge would be $101. We recommend that visitors come for a regular tour first and then look at scheduling a photography tour. That way, they know what to expect and we can help them plan the best possible photography tour.

Q:

Does the Treat Feeding and Enrichment Tour include a Public Tour? If not, it seems that the real value of the Groupon is to upgrade to both tours, paying $18 for both tours rather than $28 (for kids 2-12 it would be $14 vs. $20), plus the giveaways that are included.

Jiger S.  asked on  Sep 26, 2012

A:

The Treat Feeding and Enrichment Tour is a completely separate tour than the Public Tour. Groupon holders are welcome to upgrade their Groupon to various other tour types for an additional charge following the tour. More details about upgrading your Groupon can be found on our website.

Q:

I see on the website that a public tour is $12 for adults, but the value of the groupon is $28? Is the tour for the groupon different than the $12 tour? Thanks!

Becky G.  asked on  Sep 26, 2012

A:

The Groupon is for the $12 Public Tour that you are looking at. In addition to the tour, however, your Groupon will come with your choice of a 2013 Conservators' Center calendar (while supplies last) or 2 pint glasses.
