Concierges spend much of their time informing visitors about the best places to see while in New York, which is why Continental Guest Services tapped into its collective expertise to design an insider tour of the Big Apple. The three-hour jaunt whisks visitors through the bustling metropolis aboard a black coach bus from which they’ll take in glimpses of storied sites such as Radio City Music Hall, Greenwich Village, and the Chrysler Building. Sightseers also will venture out on foot to Rockefeller Center, Madison Square Park, and Wall Street before visiting the 9/11 Memorial. Here, they’ll enter with their IDs between 12:15 p.m. and 1:30 p.m., then receive tickets allowing them to peruse the memorial at their leisure. See the schedule for tour times. Each tour departs from 46th Street and Madison Avenue at the back entrance of the Roosevelt Hotel. Guests should arrive 15 minutes prior to departure.
