Commonly Asked Questions

Q:

is the coupon only for the food or can it be used on the ice cream also?

Tara L.  asked on  Mar 19, 2013

A:

You can use the $8 and $16 options for ice cream if you'd like. Ice cream definitely counts as food. "Must purchase 1 food item" just means you can't use the Groupon toward beverages alone. I hope this helps clarify!

More Questions and Answers

Q:

How would it work for a birthday party of twenty kids? Could I purchase two or what would the extra cost per child be? Thanks!

maureen c.  asked on  Mar 19, 2013

A:

Thanks for your interest! Please reach out to Control Tower at (518) 782-9242 for pricing for the additional children. Due to the limit of 1 Groupon per person and visit, you wouldn't be able to combine two.

Q:

I already asked this and was sent an answer that it was already answered - but my question is not about ice cream it is: I am wondering if this can be used towards the mini golf and go garts. Please get this answered specifically. Thanks

Lynn p.  asked on  Mar 20, 2013

A:

The Groupon cannot be used toward activities. The $8 and $16 options are only valid toward food.

Q:

I assume that the groupon does not include mini golf or go-karts, only the food.

Zayneh M G.  asked on  Mar 19, 2013

A:

For the $99 birthday package option, each child receives a drink, a sandwich or burger meal, a small soft-serve ice cream, a round of mini golf, a go-kart session, and a batting-cage session.

Does the birthday party need only to be scheduled or actually be held by 9/2/13 in order to use the Groupon? (My son's birthday is Aug. 30th and Labor Day weekend immediately follows.)

William F.  asked on  Mar 19, 2013

A:

The party is intended to be used by 9/2/13.

Q:

clarification - is the purchase of ICE CREAM only included or must it be FOOD?

Kathy M.  asked on  Mar 19, 2013

A:

Ice cream counts as food, so you're welcome to use the Groupon for ice cream alone if you prefer (excluding the party option).

Are your only options pizza burgers ($5.19), submarine sandwiches ($4.99 for a small; $6.99 for a large), and the Boeing panini with turkey and ham ($8.49) with this Groupon?

Suzette M.  asked on  Mar 19, 2013

You can use the $8 and $16 options for the food of your choice. You're not limited to the examples listed on the deal page.

Q:

FOr the $8 option, must the entire value of $16 be used in one visit?

claudia t.  asked on  Mar 19, 2013

A:

We suggest that you use your entire Groupon in a single visit. We always try to make the overall value of Groupon compatible with a single visit.
