About Copa Color Fun Run & Walk
Participants don't have to train, go on a special diet, or do strenuous stretches to get ready for the Copa Color Fun Run & Walk. In fact, there's no really no preparation needed at all, aside from the anticipation of being doused in a rainbow of colors, which is just one of the many reasons this fun run is actually fun. Geared for all fitness levels and open to ages 6 and up, the Copa Color Fun Run & Walk celebrates healthy living with a brisk 3.1-mile run or a leisurely 1.5-mile family run or walk that bonds contestants and the community in plumes of safe tinctures. After the race, human Pollock paintings can mosey (or sprint, or lollygag … remember, it's a fun run) to the adjacent food-truck festival for replenishing local cuisine, while little tykes enjoy a slew of kids' activities. 5% of the proceeds from the Copa Color Fun Run & Walk will go to local domestic-abuse survivors.
