Appointment was easy to make for first visit, I got a quick response and was able to get in within the week. The Doctor is pleasant, friendly, efficient and I really like him and the office. My series of appointments are setup. This one is one of the better Groupon experiences, lots of these times, including when I bought this one, I end up with Groupon Bucks, because the merchants don't followup up--they are flakes. I bought 5 groups on this visit for this Doctor--which is why I went on Groupon. 2 I had to ask for refunds, after trying a month to get appointments, and by then, no refund, just credit. This Doctor is the opposite! This Doctor gets a 10.
