I have heard you need to let the hair grow out in order to have an effective treatment. Would that mean I would need to have a dark moustache for a while prior to the treatment? I presently wax or use dipilitories so that I don't look unsightly!

Thank you for your question. It is one that most people wonder about. The hair to be visible to the laser in order for the laser to 'zap' it and kill off the root. Now what that means is that you can not wax, tweeze, pluck or use depilatories All of those methods will pull the hair out or burn it beneath the layer of the skin. You will have to shave (with a single or double blade razor only) or clip the hair during this process. Remember this is only temporary, each treatment will create less and less hair, until it is all gone. We will discuss other maintenance options at the 1st treatment. The 1st treatments needs to be 4 weeks after the last wax.
