What You'll Get
While human fitness originated by running long distances to avoid being eaten, it now dictates that we run in place in order to avoid eating. Survive with the fittest thanks to today's Groupon: for $25, you get four group classes at Core Fitness & Pilates in Southlake (up to a $140 value). Classes are 55 minutes long unless stated otherwise and all equipment is provided. This Groupon cannot be used for the pole-dancing class.
Core Fitness & Pilates owner Natalie Goodwin packs her studio's diverse schedule with more than 20 different classes for both spindly beginners and the buffest of workout buffs. Pilates sessions focus on strength, precision, and flow of movements while engaging the deep muscles of students’ cores in something other than regulating forced laughter while meeting their fiancé's clown father.
TRX suspension training, meanwhile, combines the imaginary force of gravity with one’s own weight to develop endurance, balance, and flexibility. More fun-loving fitness fanatics tone up their saggy self-confidence with monthly burlesque and cabaret workshops, which tighten bodies of all shapes and sizes far from the lewd catcalls of Supreme Court justices.
The studio's certified instructors keep each class size small so that everyone gets one-on-one attention. Core Fitness and Pilates' tranquil, inviting atmosphere makes it easy for guests to let go of the daily stresses of work, raising children, or house-breaking pet raptors.

About Core Fitness & Pilates
Whenever boredom creeps in to derail a training program, Core Fitness & Pilates’ team of certified instructors swoops in to the rescue with a contagious enthusiasm and 20 uplifting group fitness classes a week. As their name implies, they specialize in Pilates, showcasing the art with a range of classes that may incorporate floor mats, reformer machines, springboards, towers, chairs, and jump boards.
