I am a good-shape 58 year-old woman. I was in monumental shape from 50-53. My muscle memory is great. Looking at the classes available, I'm thinking about the Train Like Jane class, but I want to be sure that it will be a hard train, not impossible for me. Am I correct in that assumption? Please advise. Thanks for your help.

You are correct, part of the beauty of our Train Like Jane classes is the structure that allows for individual development in a class environment. But the most important part of the class when it comes to difficulty its really on you. You will be pushed, but in a positive way so that you will benefit from the workout. Its a cheap spend to find something that you will enjoy and make you feel good!
