In each boot-camp class, certified instructors lead groups of up to 25 students through comprehensive workouts that combine strength training, functional exercises, and yoga movements. Each session ranges about 60 in length. Classes meet at the following dates and times:

Core Focus Training
Over the course of life, the human body experiences natural wear and tear. However, Core Focus Training's mission has different plans in mind. Using an unconventional 10-week Core Focus course, the Canadian-based studio works participants towards their fitness goals by fostering long-term core strength, endurance, and agility. In addition to this class, a staff of certified Movement Specialists also lead personal-training sessions, fitness-rehabilitation programs, and boot camps.
