Core Pilates & Physical Therapy

Owned by a physical therapist, Core Pilates & Physical Therapy is led by professionals specially trained to help participants strengthen their bodies safely. During Pilates sessions, expert instructors lead students through core-fortifying exercises that help boost bone density and lung capacity, allowing them to avoid injuries. These workouts are executed by up to ten pupils at a time in a variety of mat classes, which sometimes use props for more rigorous workouts. Regardless of the specific exercise, each one takes place amidst the sleek glimmer of floor-to-ceiling mirrors. Alternatively, physical therapy sessions address and treat injuries through a variety of rehabilitation techniques, and massage therapy tackles chronic aches and stress at once.
