Q:

Hi, My girlfriend bought the previous group on for CorePower Yoga and used it in March. If I bought her on as a gift, considering I'm a first time buyer, can she still use the group on?

Candice A.  asked on  Sep 11, 2013

A:

Hi Candice, The eligibility requirements are not for the person purchasing the Groupon, rather the student redeeming the Groupon. Since your girlfriend has had an active yoga package in the past 6 months, she will not be eligible to redeem the Groupon you bought for her as a gift. If you would like to return your Groupon, please know that any unredeemed voucher may be returned for a refund within the first seven days after purchase. Contact Groupon Customer Service for more information on how to get your refund.

Q:

If I have purchased a similar deal before with CorePower, will I able to use this?

Adison J.  asked on  Sep 11, 2013

A:

Hi Adison, It depends on when you purchased and activated the last CorePower Yoga Groupon. If you purchased and activated the Groupon offer we ran in February, you are not eligible because you have had an active yoga package in the past 6 months. If you have not had an active yoga package or purchased a yoga package in the past 6 months, you are eligible. I hope that helps!

Briana M.  asked on  Sep 11, 2013

A:

Hi Briana, Yes, if you purchase the Groupon today, you are welcome to redeem the offer anytime until 12/12/13! You may only use the offer once. If you purchase the offer, and receive it as a gift, you may only still use the offer once.

Once I redeem the groupon am I able to take classes nation wide? I will be going out of town so didn't want to lose a week, but there is a corepower studio in Austin, TX so could I attend classes there? Does it have to be redeemed in San Diego?

Q:

but i could buy the groupon and use it after the 6 months have expired?

jamie s.  asked on  Sep 10, 2013

A:

Hi Jamie, Unfortunately, no. To be eligible to redeem the Groupon you can not have had an active yoga package in the past 6 months from today, not the day you choose to redeem the offer. Because you have had an active package since 3/10/13, you are not eligible.

I purchased the last groupon and used them this year, im assuming it was less than six months ago, does that mean i bought a package?

Hi Jamie, If you purchased the last Groupon we ran in February, you have had an active yoga package in the last 6 months, so you are ineligible.
