Q:

I have 2 questions. My friend paid for me to go to a class last week. Does that mean I can't buy this groupon? I have another yoga package through a different company, can i still buy the core power package?

Carrie R.  asked on  Feb 13, 2013

A:

Hi Carrie, Since your friend purchased the class on your account, technically that counts toward a purchase for you, so you are not eligible. Thanks for checking!

I recently used a free month of yoga (in January), but have never purchased a package at CPY. Am I still eligible to purchase/use the groupon?

Hi Nicole, As long as you haven't paid for a class on or after 11/13/12, then you are eligible. Thanks!

Q:

Are there any heated classes with Bikram yoga?

Jen G.  asked on  Feb 13, 2013

A:

Hi Jen, Some of our studios do offer Hot Yoga and Hot Power Fusion classes, which feature postures similar to the postures you'd find in a Bikram class. I hope that helps!

I haven’t attended a CorePower class since last spring. I recently got an email for a free class on my birthday, which is this week. Can I use that free class and still redeem the Groupon?

K  asked on  Feb 13, 2013

A:

Hi K, Absolutely! If you've only used free classes, and therefore have not paid for a class, then you are eligible. Thanks!

Tara D.  asked on  Feb 13, 2013

Hi Tara, If you haven't paid for a class on or since 11/13/12, then you are eligible - regardless of any funds in your CPY account. Thanks!

Q:

I do not have an active package and I have not paid for a class since I purchased the Groupon in August. I activated that package Nov 3rd and it expired Dec 10th. Since it was paid for in August, do I meet the requirements? If not, can I use this new Groupon if it is purchased for me as as a gift?

Lisa F.  asked on  Feb 13, 2013

A:

Hi Lisa, Since you had an active package on or after 11/13/12, then you are not eligible, and you may not use the Groupon as a gift. However, if you've already received the Groupon as a gift, you can always re-gift it to someone else. Thanks for checking!
