I have rhuemitoid arthritis ! dealing with it for a year. Will yoga help me with joint pain and keep me more active. I am not real active at this point. I need help with flexibility. Need to start moving.

Hi Nancy, Yoga is very beneficial for rheumatoid arthritis, as it's low-impact, and great for lubricating the joints; but as with any new activity, I would be sure to check with your doctor. Thanks for checking in!
