Q:

If I get the package with partial highlights, will I need to pay extra if I need a toner (i.e. - If the color comes out too orange on the first try)?

Amanda T.  asked on  Feb 11, 2013

A:

The partial highlights package just includes the following; Haircut package, Partial highlights and Glaze. Any additional services would be charged at their regular rate.

Hello Amanda, The Glaze can be used to "tone" any undesired color and is included in the Partial Hilights Package. Additional services do incur added costs such as adding a single process color and pulling the color through to refresh the ends, etc.

Q:

For the partial highlights package - Can I get a toner (if needed) instead of the glaze?

Amanda T.  asked on  Feb 13, 2013

A:

Hello Amanda, to answer your question a "toner" is a glaze.

A:

Hello Vicki, Partial high lights are when usually only the top of the hair is high lighted and full high lights is when the whole head is high lighted. A Glaze is a nonammonia hair color that adds shine to the hair. It can be applied as a rinse that boosts color and adds silky shine to hair. Clear Glaze is available if you are just looking to enhance your color and add shine.

Q:

What would qualify as"partial highlights? Is it a specific number of foils or a top layer only? What is a glaze?

Vicki C.  asked on  Feb 11, 2013

A:

Partial highlights are just applied throughout the top most visible layer of hair where the sun would naturally hit, as opposed to full highlights which are applied through all of the layers. Glaze is a treatment that temporarily that helps give hair a shinier, healthier look.
