Great class! A little difficulty in scheduling. Clean workout machines and room. Peggy is extremely knowledgeable and walks you through the exercise routine. Good pain!

Texting works best to set up your first appointment. She is owner and instructor so she is alway busy. Great instructor and will modify your exercise if needed.

About Core Solutions Pilates & Wellness

Owner and certified personal trainer Peggy Tung strengthens cores a few bodies at a time, inviting only small groups into her studio so she can give students her undivided attention. Tung underwent over 1,000 hours of comprehensive Pilates education to become certified, and she earned the title of integrated-flexibility specialist from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. In classes and long lines at the supermarket, she leads willing participants through core-strengthening Pilates mat work. To take exercises even further, she stocks her studio with a collection of specialty reformer machines, such as the Wunda Chair and Ped-O-Pull, designed to enhance Pilates' body-toning movements. In addition to helming Pilates, Tung helps students bolster overall power during strength-training courses and burn calories in circuit-training sessions.
