Q:

I would like to purchase this for my daughter's birthday. I know she has attended in the past, but do not know when the last time was. What happens if I buy this and she attended a class is May?

L K.  asked on  Aug 8, 2012

A:

Hi L.K., before you purchase it'd be a good idea to give us a call to determine when your daughter last attended class. You can reach our customer experience team at 866.441.9642. Thank you!

Q:

Just to confirm, I redeemed my last Groupon on 4/10/12, so it expired on 5/9 (I did not take a class on May 8 or 9), so am I eligible for this Groupon? Thanks

Tracy O.  asked on  Aug 8, 2012

A:

Hi Tracy, Since you had an active package on 5/8 - 5/9, you are not eligible. Thank you for checking!

Q:

There are currently over 1,000 deals purchased. Will the studios be able to accommodate all these people in addition to regular members? I'm concerned that with no reservation system, it will be next to impossible to get into a class. Thank you

Meredith L.  asked on  Aug 8, 2012

A:

Hi Meredith, We will absolutely be able to accommodate regular members in addition to new students. With multiple locations, and a wide range of class times from early morning until late evening, there are a wide range of studios and classes from which to choose. Thank you for inquiring, and if you have further questions, just let us know.

Q:

I was using an unlimited membership through July '12 that I bought back in March '12. I have since cancelled the unlimited membership. Since I bought it before May 8th, am I eligible to buy this Groupon? Thank you.

Stephanie R.  asked on  Aug 8, 2012

A:

Hi Stephanie, Since your membership was still active after 5/8, you are not eligible. Thank you for checking!

Q:

"Valid only for customers who do not have an active package, and who have not purchased a yoga package or paid for a class since 5/8/12." I puchased a 12 class package before 5/8/12 which raI used up about a month ago. Thus, I imagine that I AM eligible for this groupon since I 1) do not have an active package, and 2) have not purchased a package or paid for a class since 5/8. However, it seems from the other Q&As that anyone that has TAKEN a class at CPY since 5/8 (other than as part of a free week) is INELIGIBLE. Am I eligible, or not? (If not, I understand, and will still be a customer - I just recommend you update your fine print accordingly)! :) Thank you!

Sarah F.  asked on  Aug 8, 2012

A:

Hi Sarah, Since you finished up your 10 pack a month ago, that means that you would have had an active package after 5/8, and therefore are not eligible. I hope that helps and thanks for checking!

Q:

Hi, I purchased a similar core power groupon in March and redeemed it in May. Can I purchase this unlimited groupon as well? Thanks!

Kelly H.  asked on  Aug 8, 2012

A:

Hi Kelly, Good question; it depends on when you redeemed in May. If it was on or after 5/8, then you are not eligible. However, if it was before 5/8, then you are eligible. Feel free to call us at 866.441.9642 if you need assistance determining when you redeemed in May. Thank you!

Q:

Do you have to use it all in one monthor can you space your classes out for several weeks?

Magdelin E.  asked on  Aug 8, 2012

A:

Hi Magdelin, It's a one month unlimited yoga package, so you can only take classes during that one month. I hope that helps!
