What You'll Get
Pub bars are conscientious fixtures, constantly ensuring that their surfaces are covered in delicious burgers and tempting beverages to keep from getting overrun by mobs of confused ballerinas. Enjoy pub fare sans en pointe distractions with today's Groupon: for $15, you get $30 worth of pub fare at Cork & Kerry, with locations in Bridgeport and Beverly.
A plentiful picking of sudsy brews make regular tap rotations at Cork & Kerry, featuring a mélange of domestic and imported drafts that complement the pub's covered beer garden. A menu of Lilliputian lager pairings and meal-sized dishes is inscribed on a baseball lineup, with a string of appetizing Starters, entree-sized Team Players, and a list of Visitors, which features an alternating array of recipes adopted from bars and bistros throughout the nation. Inspired by the captivating leprechaun co-star of Madame Butterfly, irish egg rolls pack a faux-Asian punch in a bundle of corned beef, cheese, and cabbage alongside spicy mustard ($2.95 each). The eastern European burger piles meaty kielbasa on a classic Bridgeport patty crowned with gouda and sauerkraut ($8.95), and the delicate flavors of warm mozzarella, tomato, and basil show a softer side in the caprese chicken panini ($7.95).

About Cork & Kerry
Like any pub found in its namesake counties, Cork & Kerry boasts an interior of dark, shiny wood paneling and exposed brick accented by stained glass windows. Unlike many of those pubs, however, the venue sprawls across 6,000 square feet, its crowning jewel a multi-level beer garden. In summer, the entire garden provides a sunny spot to enjoy one of the 20 beers on tap, a selection anchored by the constant presence of Guinness and Harp. Come winter, a portion of the patio boasts enclosed walls and climate control so that guests can still enjoy Chicago’s sunny, if snowier, vistas.
