At Cork N Brew Bistro, elevated small plates replace the bar food typically paired with adult libations. Inspired by their travels around the world, Cork N Brew's owners created American-European-fusion tapas designed to perfectly complement the lounge's selection of old and new world wines and 22 craft beers.
Diners dig into flatbreads served atop crispy lavash, fresh ceviches, and dark belgian chocolate fondue while sipping a craft beer. Oenophiles, meanwhile, happily split bottles that sport reasonable price tags—many are less than $30.
Guests can also participate in one of the oldest methods of cooking at Cork N Brew. No, not toasting meats in a dragon's flaming breath; rather, diners can cook proteins such as filet mignon, sea scallops, and lamb tenderloin on a hot lava rock.
The stone slab, heated to 824 degrees Fahrenheit by an oven imported from England, allows guests to prepare the freshly seared food to their desired level of doneness and then dunk the morsel into a housemade dipping sauce. On the weekends, live entertainment heats up the lounge almost as much as the hot rocks.
