Cornucopia 5K Run

At Cornucopia 5K Run, the horn of plenty becomes a symbol of generosity among the community. Participants run to raise money to cover musical instruments and tuition scholarships for local students—a good cause to be sure, and one that most can participate in thanks to the 5K's beginner-friendly difficulty. The race weaves a route through Mile Square Regional Park, and after taking in the scenery, runners cross the finish line, where organizers hand out medals to top finishers by age and gender.
