Retail value was misrepresented by $100 thus affecting tip that was charged to my credit card. Driver was late. Expected tour of plaza but only drove past and spent majority of time in surrounding neighborhoods.
Horrible services, hidden cost, declined any type of refund, limo had no heat, no working radio, driver was no help and was talking on his cell phone the entire time, left the back windows down to decrease the fog (which did not work) Raines in the window, freezing cold, could not see the Plaza lights at all due to the fogged up windows, driver dis not tell agenda or where we were at, refused to let the party stop to use the restroom, did not get out of the limo, open the door, or speak when we asked to drop off back at our vehicle due to all of the above. Horrible service, too much money for non functioning limo, no customer service. Groupon have Groupon bucks to make up for their part, limo service would NOT refund.
Absolutely horrible. I'm handicapped, and I walk with assistive devices on both arms; my first driver opted to park at the end of my driveway and allow me to walk all the way down the driveway. I was almost surprised that he grabbed my luggage because he initially stood and watched me struggle with it as I brought it out of my garage. Then he simply dropped me at the curb at the airport and drove off, didn't attempt to help me take my bags into the airport, obtain wheelchair assistance anything.
THEN the company tries to add in a bunch of additional charges that are outside of the fine print parameters, though they try to pretend as if they are spelled out plain as day in the fine print section. The service that is provided is most definitely not worth the 20% gratuity that they attempt to force you to pay, and I most definitely will never use their services every again.
Drivers we very nice and professional. Be sure to ask about the " additional fees and gas surcharge with gas at 1.79 not sure how they justify that. I learned my lesson I shou have asked what other fees I would be charged. I was on time both ways.
Very disappointed. After purchasing the groupon and receiving the service and tipping the driver 40.00 I found out the next day my credit card was hit for 39.80 for gratuity. I have tried several time to resolve this matter with the company with no success. Bad business.
