Phenomenal experience! Was waiting for me in front of the salon (15 minutes early) took me on a walking tour before setting me down in the chair. Ok his time to make sure that he understood exactly what type of cut I wanted, you've been offered a shampoo service! With or without a Groupon special I will be returning to Cortez's chair, whatever the rate, he is worth every penny!
