    Took over 2 weeks to get shipment from fedex..but cosmetic rx was good in dealing with script and product is good..used a Groupon so price was rt!

    There wasn’t a lot of communication, but once I got my shipment, I was able to understand the app a little better. Overall, I give it an eight out of 10 just because of the communication but once I was able to navigate myself through the portal, everything made more sense. It is easy to cancel or pause your subscription on the portal. No need to email anybody which I thought that was great.

    The Groupon was amazing. Cosmeticrx on the other hand... I went through the process was approved for the medication on November 17th. That was that. No medication was sent and still nothing. Sent several messages through portal and my last 3 are just sitting there with no responses. Here I am December 22nd still nothing from them. Again Groupon amazing. Cosmeticrx bad.
