About Cottage Inn Pizza

It was 1948 when Cottage Inn Pizza first began satisfying rumbling Ann Arbor, MI, bellies. Back then—and unimaginably so today—the restaurant was the city's first to serve pizza. It quickly became such a beloved fixture of the college town and the students who passed through that, by 1975, it had outgrown its flagship location. In the years since, Cottage Inn Pizza locations have sprung up throughout Michigan and Ohio and have begun making their way to the rest of the country.

Although the intervening decades have brought new faces, new ingredients, and plenty of expansion, the restaurant's commitment to quality, casual food has endured. Italian and Greek cuisines are the specialties here, along with game-day favorites like wings and subs. But the eatery's emphasis on customization and bold flavor is especially pronounced on its pizza menu.
