I’ve done lots of workout classes and by far country fusion has been one of my favorites! The music gets you going and the girls in the class feel like family. Elizabeth and Lindsey always make me feel welcome and call me by name. The steps are easy to follow and the cardio isn’t too intense, but it can be if you choose to jump more. I love it!

This place is awesome! It’s such a fun way to learn country line dancing while getting in your daily dose of cardio! It’s the workout that you’ll actually want to do! Elizabeth and Lindsey are super friendly and highly skilled in their respective areas of dance and fitness! I plan on being a regular! I love that they offer other classes too, such as pole dancing and yoga!
