For an inexperienced rider this ride is perfect .. but if you know how to ride it’s kinda boring and I spent most of the ride playing on my phone once I had seen the scenery
Honestly I was disappointed. We're still trying to get our trail ride pictures(I've asked twice). The BBQ dinner was subpar takeout in styrofoam that wasn't even hot and we ate at a random folding table/chairs in a parking lot.. Not really the cowboy cookout that I was expecting. Honestly I would even add a star if our guide Breezy had sat down and ate/chatted with us..But it felt very impersonal
Pros: horses well behaved and beautiful, photos taken of you on the horse and at one spot along the ride and emailed to you. Lunch was fine and included a drink.
Cons: additional fee in the fine print $25pp still not sure for what! 75min ride is really on 30-40 minutes of actually ride time, the rest is for getting saddle up and meal!
Day trip wasn’t very scenic maybe in the evening sunset best
Started late food sat in there truck till tour was over paid an extra 65.00 Nd we only stayed out with the horses 45 mins wasn’t a good experience Nd she cussed the horses out the whole time.. Will not return she took pics of everyone Nd didn’t even send them to us
If I could give zero stars I would. We arrived by Lyft and no one was there In the middle of the dessert. Very Rocky road.they advised myself, woman and my daughter to stay there alone for 30 min. Instead of 10 as stated in the emails, I got confirmations for 10:30.They communicate through text. Needless to say we lyfted back to the hotel & lost nearly $200 bc they had already redeemed vouchers.
totally unprofessional. Never answer their phone. Respond back with a text and marked my groupon voucher as "redeemed" when I had never used it and claimed it was Groupon who automatically did it. I use groupon for my business and I know that it isn't done automatically
Also, their class hours are different than what is stated on Groupon so their times are now very inconvenient unless you can go at 7am or earlier for a morning class. Only a couple afternoon classes which are not convenient if you work until the evening. For a parent with children that have to be "online" a class at 8 or 9 would be very useful.
