No one showed for the appointment, and no attempt to re-schedule. Asked for voucher number when I made the appointment over the phone, so not sure if voucher was redeemed. Any suggestions would be very helpful

/When I first purchased the Groupon. We set up an appointment, they called the next day to confirmed. They never showed up. I did get a call the next day saying that he was in a car accident.. We never rescheduled since his truck was in the shop. Then I get an email saying that Groupon was extending the Groupon for another 3 months because of extenuating circumstances. Great, I thought. We set up an appointment and confirmed that we had an appointment the next day. They never showed up or called to reschedule. I am going to ask Groupon for my money back.

Tried to reach vendor multiple times via phone message machine at home however I never received a call back and subsequently the Groupon expired without use.
