What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We realized how much ourselves, our families and our friends relied on their devices. When our devices broke it took weeks to send them off for repair. By the time we paid insurance very month and then the deductible it was hundreds of dollars. We knew there had to be a better way!

What do you love most about your job?
We get to help people. We not only get to help with our services but many times we help for free just with advice or education. Technology is complicated and changes constantly. We try to put in the hard work on our end so we can simplify it for our customers. Helping is our favorite part!

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
We recovered a water damaged phone for an elderly female. She had recently lost a loved one and the pictures were stored on her phone that was mistakenly left in the rain for days. She broke down in tears when we were able to turn it on and show her the pictures were recovered. That's a fun day!
