Excited to start their own restaurant, longtime friends Darrell Naughton and Allen Milham moved from Chicago to Milham’s native Denver to open an organic pizza shop. Within a year, the pizza joint had expanded to three locations.
The answer was clear, and Crave was born. The restaurant has since ballooned in popularity, thanks largely to its artisanal dishes, locally roasted coffee, and unique cocktails. At first, Crave focused on desserts, with pastry chefs crafting unique confections such as pavlova filled with chocolate-whiskey mousse. Over time, however, the menu expanded to include savory selections as well. Among the many standouts, you'll find dishes such as the citrus-brined Berkshire pork chops with peach gastrique.
