At Crazy Bird Chicken, Larry dishes out this feeling of familiarity with his family's 100-year old fried chicken cooked until its golden brown exterior is crisp and its interior is juicy and tender. Since opening in August 2014, Larry's been serving up fried bird the old-fashioned way; brining breasts, legs, and wings overnight and then breading and frying them to order. He pairs this southern-inspired specialty with classic sides such as three-cheese macaroni and red beans and rice, and also heaps creative dishes like plates of cheese fries topped with gravy and duck bacon.
