About Crepes Club
At Crepes Club, Chef Henry combines his passion for home-cooked meals with his marketing degree from a Ukraine university to create a dining experience that's at once eclectic and authentic. Culling recipes from across Eastern Europe, including Poland, Romania, and Russia, he hand-prepares everything from vareniki pierogies, which he serves with housemade sour cream, to Ukrainian-style stuffed peppers filled with ground pork and cooked rice.
And, true to the name of his restaurant, Chef Henry specializes in from-scratch crepes. The thin, pancake-like shells encompass sweet ingredients, such as Nutella and fresh fruit, or savory ones like ham, salmon, or cottage cheese. The Eastern-European focus also extends to the drink and dessert menus, which feature the likes of Ukrainian donut holes and Kvass beverages, Russian soft drinks made from natural ingredients.
