About Croisieres 2001
The only catamaran in Tadoussac, the good ship Katmar sets sail every summer day on a cetacean-spotting mission in the Saguenay fjord. A bilingual naturalist narrates each voyage, translating whale-songs while nature-lovers ooh and ahh at some of the Earth's largest creatures. Passengers have a great vantage point no matter which way they look; a glass ceiling affords a view of blue skies, and the Katmar's exclusive underwater camera provides a look at what happens below below-deck. After getting their fill of fascinating views, passengers can grab snacks and drinks at the bar or pick out a keepsake from the souvenir stand.
