I had a very good experience, Rachel was in tune with the areas that I was particularly tight in and showed great care. I would return and definitely recommend based on the experience

Very happy with my experience. It was exceptionally clean, welcoming and a calming environment. Massage was fantastic, very in-tune to the area I specified. Will certainly be back, highly recommended.

Pearl was very pleasant and gave a very relaxing therapeutic massage. When I left there I felt great! I have had massages at Cromwell Massage & Wellness before and every room there is very relaxing and clean. I would definitely recommend this place.

What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

3 Treatment rooms, a waiting room, and a beautiful atrium entrance. We currently have 12 LMT's on staff.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

To be able to give back. We donate $1 from every session at Cromwell Massage & Wellness to one of four non profit organizations.

What do you love most about your job?

There isn't a better feeling than knowing that you have been a part in positively changing another persons life. Whether physical or mental, long term or short, the ability to provide that for another person is invaluable.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

Loyalty. CMW is under New Management, I, one of the new owners moved my practice 30 miles to Cromwell. I prepared referral LMT's for my clientele, but I learned I didn't have to. Nearly 70% of my clients travel from Litchfield & Hartford County to Cromwell for their appts now, there's nothing better.
