The OnRamp program, which meets three times a week for four weeks, introduces exercisers new to CrossFit to the basics of the workout style, so that they can take full advantage of regular CrossFit workouts. The Little Beasts and Future Beasts camps, meeting Monday–Friday from 8:30 a.m. to noon, teaches the CrossFit skill set to the younger set with age-appropriate exercises mixed with gameplay.
At CrossFit 915, certified CrossFit trainers design a different Workout of the Day (WOD) every day. Fusing elements of different approaches to fitness such as cardio, strength training, weightlifting, gymnastics, and plyometrics, workouts help prepare athletes for varied, functional fitness. The WOD will never be the same, but students may perform moves such as weightlifting, kettlebell training, chin-ups, rowing, Atlas stone hauling, or dips on suspended gymnastics rings.
