Choose Between Two Options
- $29 for 10 Vox training sessions (a $180 value). Sessions meet Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6 a.m., 7 a.m., 8 a.m., 9 a.m., and 10 a.m.
- $99 for a 12-session Ramp Up CrossFit training course (a $300 value). See the schedule for Ramp Up classes.
During Vox training sessions, trainers lead groups through body-weight exercises, plyometrics, and gymnastics. They can vary the resistance and intensity for each exercise, making the functional cardio workout effective for beginners and athletes alike. Ramp Up classes acclimate students with CrossFit’s high-intensity, functional movements and equipment, helping them stay safe and injury-free. CrossFit Amped requires that all its CrossFit students who are new to the workout take the Ramp Up classes.
Though military units, police academies, and other physically demanding jobs use CrossFit to get in the best possible shape, the coaches at CrossFit Amped make the workouts accessible to all ability levels. Sunlight streams through the studio’s enormous floor-to-ceiling windows, illuminating coaches as they demonstrate moves and revealing who in the class is actually a vampire. The routines vary from day to day, but might get members performing squats, tossing medicine balls, or working on the rowing machine. The staff offers Ramp Up classes to help new members safely execute CrossFit movements and use the equipment, as well as Vox classes that focus on cardio training with body-weight exercises, plyometrics, and gymnastics movements.
