When it says "beginner" class does that just mean being new to the crossfit workout or new to working out in general (i.e. beginner/out of shape). I did a bootcamp in the past and it was way over my physical capabilities. Thanks! Valerie

In this case, "beginner" refers to both, new to cross fit and working out.
