I don't have any weight or strength training and wonder how a beginner starts this program and wondering how many people per class. I have run marathons in the past and half marathons, recently I have stopped running as it isn't working for me anymore (weight loss wise) and I feel like I need to change my routine, however I do hot yoga and cardio (step/stair/elliptical) and am 52 years old, is crossfit a good place for me or should I do some training before starting a program such as this.
