  • Limit 1 per person, may buy 1 additional as a gift. Valid only for option purchased. Must sign waiver. New clients only. All classes must be used by the same person. Valid for up to 3 classes per week. Expires 1 month or 2 months from activation, depending on option purchased. New clients must take "On Ramp" classes.

Q:

I don't have any weight or strength training and wonder how a beginner starts this program and wondering how many people per class. I have run marathons in the past and half marathons, recently I have stopped running as it isn't working for me anymore (weight loss wise) and I feel like I need to change my routine, however I do hot yoga and cardio (step/stair/elliptical) and am 52 years old, is crossfit a good place for me or should I do some training before starting a program such as this.

Q:

Hi, I have been out of shape for my whole life because I have had 33 surgeries on my legs. I just had my 5th hip replacement in Sept and my leg realigned and my knee replaced in Feb. i have both feet on the ground for the first time in my life. Needless to say I have advanced arthritis in my legs. But I was wondering if the crossfit class would be something that I would be able to do without any impact on my joints. I live in Dansville, so it would quite a drive for me, but there is no one offering anything like this around me. Thanks for your help.

OnRamp is designed to introduce the movements and workouts they do in CrossFit on a daily basis as well as introduce the foundations of living a healthy and active LIFE. As such, it is important for you to attend the requisite OnRamps before attending the normal class.

CrossFit Class Schedule:
Monday -- 5AM, 6AM, 7AM, 9:15AM, 4PM, 5PM, 6PM
Tuesday -- 6AM, 7AM, 9:15AM, 3:30PM, 5PM, 6PM
Wednesday -- 5AM, 6AM, 7AM, 9:15AM, 4PM, 5PM, 6PM
Thursday -- 6AM, 7AM, 9:15AM, 3:30PM, 5PM, 6PM
Friday -- 5AM, 6AM, 7AM, 9:15AM, 4PM, 5PM
Saturday -- 8AM, 9AM
Sunday -- 9AM

On-Ramp classes (session 1) can be scheduled on Mondays at 7pm, or Tuesdays at 5am, 7am, or 8am.
New members must schedule 3 on-ramp classes prior to attending open classes.
