One day, patrons might toss medicine balls and climb ropes, and the next day, they might do pull-ups and hang from gymnastics rings. They push their clients to focus on proper form and technique to prevent injury, and the instructors continually check their progress to ensure that everyone is advancing at a healthy pace.
