One of the oldest CrossFit gyms in New York City, CrossFit Hell's Kitchen houses a community of beginners and experienced members that encourage all to achieve their goals. The spacious 4,500-square-foot layout is stocked with ample equipment and large locker rooms with showers and other amenities, but class sizes are kept small so that coaches can focus on form and detail as they instruct and motivate. Workouts are an intense and sweaty combination of gymnastics, Olympic lifting, and bodyweight movements that challenge members to get in the best shape of their lives.
