Led by expert trainer Anthony Preischel, the 45- or 60-minute intense workout of the day challenges guests with combinations of weightlifting, throwing, gymnastics, and cardio. Before choosing classes, all clients must take the one-hour Barbell Basics class, which is included in this Groupon. The schedule boasts classes nearly every hour Monday–Friday and three–five times on the weekend.

CrossFit Hell's Kitchen

One of the oldest CrossFit gyms in New York City, CrossFit Hell's Kitchen houses a community of beginners and experienced members that encourage all to achieve their goals. The spacious 4,500-square-foot layout is stocked with ample equipment and large locker rooms with showers and other amenities, but class sizes are kept small so that coaches can focus on form and detail as they instruct and motivate. Workouts are an intense and sweaty combination of gymnastics, Olympic lifting, and bodyweight movements that challenge members to get in the best shape of their lives.
