Ready to start achieving fitness results that will last for life, but not sure you are ready for CrossFit? The “M2-60” class is a community-based, high energy, circuit-style conditioning workout without the use of barbells or high skill gymnastics. This class is less intense than CrossFit.
The primary focus is on core strength and cardio through running, rowing, and other calisthenics. With the use of kettlebells, medicine balls, core exercises, and bodyweight movements, you will see results in less than ten days! The M2-60 Class is great for fat-burning, extra conditioning, or as a ramp-up into CrossFit classes. Ready to get started?

About CrossFit M2
At CrossFit M2, they offer much more than a basic gym. Offering M2-60 sessions, the studio has its guests sweating hard without the use of barbells that are traditionally used in CrossFit classes while still reaching their fitness goals. These low-impact and high-performance workouts are effective in burning excessive calories, improving cardiovascular endurance, as well as building strength.
