Choose Between Two Options

Students meet up to three times per week for CrossFit Fundamentals classes. During each session, instructors familiarize students with new and foundational CrossFit skills and movements while demonstrating how to lift weights safely and efficiently without driving a forklift into the gym. After completing the CrossFit Fundamentals course, students can attend an unlimited number of regular CrossFit classes throughout the week for two weeks. Faction Strength and Conditioning
Faction Strength and Conditioning is a CrossFit gym, which means exercisers gather regularly for intense, rigorous workouts that change up every day. Most opt for the regular WOD, or "workout of the day" CrossFit sessions, which might incorporate anything from pull-ups to powerlifting to sprinting, but competitive athletes can train in Competitor and Weightlifting sessions.
