I want to know if this CrossFit class is for me because I want to be more active and would like to know what the gymnastics part require. Also, I am older...........

Everything is scalable. That means we take movements that might be more advanced and make them doable to any fitness level athlete. That's why there are coaches with every class. Our oldest member is 76. This is great for beginners.
