Q:

"Not valid for clients active within past 6 months". This might seem like a silly question but does this mean active in this gym or physically active?

Jacqueline N.  asked on  Dec 6, 2012

A:

Hi Jacqueline! Sorry for any confusion; this Groupon is not valid for any clients who have used this gym within the past 6 months. New clients who have previously worked out somewhere else in the world within the past 6 months are more than welcome to use the Groupon!

Q:

Want to have clarification on the Fine Print. Does redeem within 30 days of activation mean must use within 30 days of purchase? It says expires 90 days after purchase, but it is not valid until 1/3/13, so that makes it really only good for about 60 days. Will there be more classes starting in Jan. than are posted at this time? Please clarify, this is very confusing.

Virginia W.  asked on  Dec 5, 2012

A:

I can see how this is confusing! Here is the deal: - We're selling the groupons now, but running the classes beginning in January. If you buy the Groupon, you have the choice to take the January, February or March "On-Ramp course." Each course runs about 30 days, so technically the offer runs for 3 months. If you buy it, we will contact you to verify when you want to sign up to start and for what times. At that point, it's just a matter of getting you to the gym! Why did we do it that way? We're a new gym in a new location. We wanted to see what the response would be to the groupon, make sure we were staffed appropriately and had time to make any equipment orders, as well as make sure our schedule was set to accommodate the demand. We felt separating the purchase and start times made sense. It's all about delivering the best product we can to the clients who participate! Hope that helps. Call Ben at 828.772.7115 with additional questions!

Q:

Am I required to take the introduction class RAMP before I can use the groupon deal?

Tracy V.  asked on  Dec 5, 2012

A:

No...the groupon deal is for the 12-session "On-Ramp" course. We're placing our Groupon customers in separate classes than our "normal" on-ramp clients, so that is why there is a difference on our schedule page. Hope that makes sense! If not, call Ben at 828-772-7115 and I'll clear it up. Basically, the groupon buys you our introductory course, which is normally $150. After you complete the On-Ramp, you have the choice to move on or sign up for our normal classes at their normal rates.
