Our Fundamentals course is our tool to educate you on all things CrossFit. We will cover all of the fundamental CrossFit exercises and topics such as nutrition, recovery, and how to be successful at CrossFit Resurgens. Whether you are just beginning to get fit or have been training by yourself for a while, Fundamentals is the starting point for anyone coming to CrossFit Resurgens.
After the fundamentals course, clients are ready for regular CrossFit classes, which are scalable to suit all fitness levels and needs. Fundamentals classes meet every week on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at 6:15 p.m. Click here for the regular CrossFit schedule.
