Q:

The Fine Print says "Expires 180 days after purchase" - does this mean you'd have to take all 10 classes before 180 days or, if you wait to start, you'd be able to continue and take 10 classes past that time? Thanks Renee

Renee U.  asked on  Feb 8, 2013

A:

The groupon expires on 8/3/13 no matter when you start using it.

A:

So if I didn't finish using all 10 classes by 8/3/13, I'd lose what was left?

Q:

how flexible are you regarding "reservations"? could we attend a Monday morning class one week and a Monday afternoon class the next? could you explain a little more about "reservations" -- are they per class, and how far in advance must they be made?

finn  asked on  Feb 8, 2013

A:

when you purchase a groupon and we get u set up in the system you can start scheduling your own classes. you can come to whatever Riv Fit class is available whenever you want. You can make them a week in advance or an hour in advance if there's still room. let me know if I've answered your questions.

Q:

Is this an appropriate fitness class for a 14 year old boy?

Maria S.  asked on  Feb 6, 2013

A:

Sure! We have some teens in our CrossFit classes; Riv Fit is all body weight so it would be a lot of fun! As long as you are ok working out w/ a variety of age groups than you should be fine!

Q:

Took a look at the RivFit description. Is this class appropriate for beginners looking to lose weight or is the expectation that you would come in with a strong foundation?

Amanda A.  asked on  Feb 5, 2013

A:

Hello, RivFit is ok for any level; we can modify and scale any workout to anyones abilities! It's a great way to get started :)

Q:

Does this groupon only count for Rivfit classes or can you mix and match with crossfit classes as well?

Jeff C.  asked on  Feb 4, 2013

A:

Hi Jeff, this only counts for RivFit classes. Once or if you decide you would like to join as a full member you would need to take our element course to start CrossFIt classes. This is for your safety and so "no one is left behind". Elements teaches you the foundations of CrossFit. Please let me know if you have any further questions. Thank you! Meredith
