A certified CrossFit level one trainer leads 5–12 students through group workouts held six days a week. Classes begin with limbering stretches then segue into 20–40 minutes of intense exercise. Members push through routines both inside and outdoors, completing obstacle courses that include everything from tire flips to sled pushes. Workouts also differ daily, ensuring that muscles never tire of strength, cardio, and endurance routines that might include everything from situps and jump rope sessions to box jumps and burpees.
