A certified CrossFit level one trainer leads 5–12 students through group workouts held six days a week. Classes begin with limbering stretches then segue into 20–40 minutes of intense exercise. Routines change each day, but they always incorporate drills for functional fitness—such as box jumps, squats, and burpees—that can lead to weight loss and enhanced health. Triple D Strength & Conditioning Academy

Certified Strength Coach Rob Davis and his coaching staff rely on the system's of muscle confusion and functional strength workouts to boost the fitness of clients of all ages, sizes, and experience levels. At Triple D Strength & Conditioning Academy—where the three D's are desire, dedication, and discipline —free weights, kettlebells, and medicine balls occupy the space between patriotically painted walls. Members push through routines both inside and outdoors, completing obstacle courses that include everything from tire flips to sled pushes. Each class time offers a full body workout to get the heart rate going and to get strong and sweaty. Workouts also differ daily, ensuring that muscles never tire of strength, cardio, and endurance routines that might include everything from situps and jump rope sessions to box jumps and burpees. Coach Rob and his team aim for a healthy balance between guiding individuals and fostering teamwork. Triple D's mission is to personally help each person reach fitness goals.
