Smart question! Most people assume they know what in shape means! But no, CrossFit is designed to meet you at your fitness level. We present each member with a challenge at their level. Someone may be day one, or seven years later like myself and bel presented with a challenge. We litereally have a friend who's first box pump consisted of jumping from the concrete floor to the rubber mat covering the floor, one inch! I know this is not your situation, but just giving you the idea.
