David and Dylan Schenk founded Cross Train LA, honing their physique-enhancing classes with some of the most fitness-conscious clientele to be found. Now they have bottled their methods into a series of videos and put them online for the world to see. Using minimal equipment such as kettlebells and TRX suspension bands, these classes employ all the same instruction to be found in the gym, but can be enjoyed anywhere one has access to a computer and the internet. Specific videos available include kettlebell boot camp, bodyweight boot camp, Pilates core, and dynamic stretch classes. A membership to the program also comes with a planned diet based on eating whole foods and plants, giving the body plenty of nutrients while restricting calories and preventing you from having a cow.
