In order to participate in CrossFit workouts, exercisers of all skill levels must first participate in fundamental classes that acclimate new students to the functional movements and intensity of the CrossFit regimen. Each session includes stretching, warmup routines, skill work, the workout of the day, cool down, and more stretching. Upon completion of the fundamental classes, guests can move on to normal CrossFit sessions and attack their workouts at full speed. KidsFit classes for ages 8–12 work to improve balance, endurance, and speed, which helps youngsters to excel at sports.

CrossFit 4 Everyone

CrossFit 4 Everyone’s head trainers and co-owners Julie and Joshua Miller are no strangers to intense workouts. Julie swam competitively for 13 years and Joshua is a black belt in Brazilian jujitsu and winner of several international competitions. As teachers of the CrossFit fitness methodology, they bring their commitment and experience to workouts. Instead of sport-specific activities, students build strength and agility through nontraditional exercises such as gymnastics rings, flipping giant tires, throwing medicine balls, and weightlifting. Workouts are super intense, but typically only last 20 minutes. In addition to the CrossFit regimen, Crossfit 4 Everyone also has a rock wall and offers hot-yoga classes.
